Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Part-Time Store Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, uphold safety and brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
