RPM Pizza seeks a Part-time Store Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals across a busy Domino’s operation. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training programs.

In this role you’ll manage scheduling, safety, and inventory while driving performance and a positive work environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service and quality goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment including ovens and prep tools.
• Provide a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store goals.
