Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure top customer service, and support store goals. You will guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training throughout your role.

The position requires overseeing operations, managing labor, and maintaining safety while working a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21+ to drive as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multitasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
