RPM Pizza is hiring a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will work closely with the General Manager, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM Pizza College training.

The role involves supervising Team Members, assisting with scheduling, inventory, and operations, and working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities are available within the RPM Pizza system.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• Experience delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop Team Members.

Aufgaben

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
