Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional service. You will help drive KPIs, open/close, merchandise updates and customer engagement while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor and register, ensuring accurate cash handling, merchandising, and a positive, energetic environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desired.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
