Job summary

MINISO USA in Dayton, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor and at the register.

You will help drive sales, open and close the store, manage cash, stock, and merchandising, promote the membership program, and contribute to achieving KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness, recovery, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
