Job summary

MINISO USA in Pearland, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and loss prevention while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a supervisory role in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues to Store Manager when necessary.
