Job summary

MINISO USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, coach associates, and uphold exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, maintain store standards, and handle cash, merchandising and shipments while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure a positive, energetic store atmosphere. The role requires 1+ years in retail supervision and a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail recommended.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals while exceeding customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in store promotions and events.
