Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in California to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program and driving KPI results.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, train employees for product knowledge, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep.
Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
Present a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s commitments.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events.
