Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports achieving KPI goals, store standards, cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing, while actively promoting the store’s membership program to foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder/supervisor/shift leader in retail preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, keeping it clean, recovered, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
