Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older, able to pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing brand values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience and MIC Success Routine.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand standards and manage inventory.
