Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell locations in the Mid-West. You will supervise shifts, assist in training, and uphold brand standards while promoting a positive work environment.

This role offers leadership growth within the franchisee network. As a Team Lyders Shift Leader, you’ll foster teamwork, deliver consistent guest experiences, and help manage inventory, safety, and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and MVR checks.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing teammates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with brand values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Execute routines to maintain operational efficiency and consistency.
• Plan and deploy crew to meet brand standards and demand.
• Manage inventory and ordering to meet needs.

• Maintain cleanliness, equipment standards, and safety.
• Oversee daily operations and back-office tasks as needed.
• Audit performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Handle cash and daily banking tasks.
