Team Lyders Payroll Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time hours to support restaurant operations, train team members, and uphold brand standards. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience while fostering a positive work culture.

As a leader, you will coordinate crew deployment, manage inventory, and coach for performance. This role offers growth toward leadership within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
