Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and help train staff. You will uphold brand standards and deliver a consistent guest experience.

Requirements include 1+ year in a restaurant leadership role, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Must be 18+, pass background/MVR checks, and be willing to extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
