Job summary

MINISO USA in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cashiering, opening/closing duties, merchandising, and promote the store’s membership program to boost customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement at the floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
