Job summary

MINISO USA in New York seeks a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, cashiering, opening and closing, merchandising, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Strong customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
Train and develop associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Assist with daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
Promote the MINISO USA membership program to foster customer loyalty.
