Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staffing. You will train associates, engage customers, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep, and actively promote the store’s membership program.

Open and close duties, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive KPI achievement while creating a positive environment for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training associates and ensuring product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Open/close the store; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and policy compliance.
• Maintain professional, enthusiastic demeanor aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
