Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in San Diego to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and store standards. You will train associates, engage customers, handle cash, and support merchandising and promotions to drive KPIs and a memorable shopping experience.

The role requires 1+ year as a keyholder or shift leader, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with retail operations and POS systems. Expect competitive hourly pay and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
• Display strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
