• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Promote the membership program to foster customer loyalty.
