Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor and at the register.

You will help with replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and promotions, while maintaining store standards and a clean, compliant environment.

This role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Assist daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring it is recovered and clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and ensure adherence to all company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
