Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Oklahoma City to support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store team in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, communicating with management, handling customer questions, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
