Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise crew, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer relations per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly promotions
