Job summary

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle relations per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
