Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you will lead the crew, supervise activities, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer questions, maintaining confidentiality, stocking shelves, pricing merchandise and resetting departments per POGs. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are absent, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; execute displays and seasonal changes; follow POGs.
