Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, price and stock merchandise, and maintain displays and inventory per POGs. The role emphasizes confidentiality and policy adherence while fostering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and coordinate daily activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, upholding CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
