Job summary

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, and thank customers
• Handle customer relations issues per policy and promote a positive shopping experience
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory per weekly promos
• Reset departments following plan-of-guidance (POGs)
