When managers are away, you lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and oversee merchandising, pricing, and customer relations while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing tasks are completed.
• Support customer service and resolve inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and a positive experience for customers.
• Price, stock, and reset merchandise per planograms and promotions; ensure displays and off-shelf items are maintained.
