CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and strengthen customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will lead operations when there is no manager on site and ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise staff, communicate with management, assist customers, and maintain merchandising and confidentiality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive experience.
