Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, ensuring smooth operations and exemplary customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed accurately.

You will help maintain stock, price merchandise, and coordinate displays while upholding confidentiality and retail best practices for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and oversee operations.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms.
