CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads the store staff when managers are absent, ensuring opening and closing procedures run smoothly and policies are followed.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
