Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff, supervise opening and closing procedures, and help maintain store standards.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions and complaints, merchandise and price products, stock shelves, and reset departments as needed.

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities; communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers, resolve issues, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and reset departments according to planograms.
