CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. In the absence of a manager, you’ll lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain daily operations on a part-time schedule.

The role emphasizes communication, supervision, inventory, and pricing tasks to create positive shopping experiences while maintaining confidentiality and policy adherence across the store.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are expected.
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Price, stock and reset merchandise, manage weekly promotions and displays.
