Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead store staff when management is absent, and ensure smooth operations with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role requires managing opening/closing procedures, supervising crews, and maintaining store presentation per planograms. Part-time scheduling and a pay range reflecting experience and geography are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per weekly and promotional plans.
