Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead the crew when management is off-site, oversee opening/closing tasks, and ensure smooth operations during shifts.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining confidentiality, and maintaining merchandise displays while delivering a positive shopping experience for every CVS customer.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not on site; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays and inventories are accurate as per promotions and seasonal plans.
