Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain operational standards.

You will supervise crews, handle customer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Must have advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager or supervisor to ensure smooth running and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays and weekly promos.
