Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC Des Peres, Missouri, United States is seeking a part-time Lolli & Pops Service Lead/Keyholder to join our candy-forward team. You will help drive KPI targets, engage guests with product knowledge, and lead by example in daily store operations.

As a Service Lead, you will train and motivate team members, assist in inventory and ordering, uphold visual standards, and ensure policy adherence.

• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs safely with proper technique.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and actions.
• Engage guests, encourage sampling and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and coach the team through training and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
