Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to provide top-notch dining service to residents, families, and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and maintain a welcoming dining environment with attention to dietary restrictions and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, ability to learn, and strong English communication skills. This role offers flexible days, 17–17.50 USD per hour, and opportunities for growth within MBK Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents and guests.
• Uphold high table etiquette and reset tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents to assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
