Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures.
• On time and attend all meetings.
• Take orders and payments following service steps.
• Upsell by suggesting specials and promotions.
• Deliver and announce food and drinks accurately and enthusiastically.
• Accommodate special guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery.
• Resolve issues courteously and quickly.
• Check guests’ satisfaction during the meal.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Follow health and beverage service standards and keep a clean workspace.
