Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Part-Time Server for Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM–2 PM, to deliver high-quality dining service and create an enjoyable dining experience for residents. You will handle orders, serve meals, and support room-service needs while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and adherence to health and safety standards, with opportunities for training and career growth within our hospitality-focused

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Must maintain excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Food Handler Certification or state requirement as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family, and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables for the next service.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Review dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as directed by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Greet and seat residents, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating flow.
• Deliver meals to rooms and retrieve trays for room service as needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area; set up, reset tables, restock dining supplies, and ensure proper storage.
• Assist in breaking down deliveries, stocking, washing dishes, and supporting kitchen/dining services.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor promptly and maintain a safe environment.
