Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with meal and menu selections, and attending to dining needs as necessary or requested.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and in their care plan.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate with designated team members for safety checks on absent residents.
