Spring Arbor Senior Living - Outer Banks is hiring a friendly Server for the PM shift to support our dining team and residents at 803 Bermuda Bay Boulevard, Kill Devil Hills, NC. No serving experience required; we will train you. Must be at least 16, reliable, and a team player.

Position is part-time at $15.83/hour with PM hours from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Availability on holidays and weekends is required; benefits include opportunities for growth and a positive work environment.

Do you love making people feel at home at mealtime? Spring Arbor of Outer Banks is looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join our dining team. You'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents every day. No serving experience? No problem — we'll train you. A great attitude and a love for people go a long way here.

• Shift: PM, 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Pay Rate: $15.83/hour higher for more experience
• Availability for holidays and weekends is required

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.
