Job summary

Allegro Living is seeking a Server for Spring Arbor Senior Living in Greensboro, NC (5125 Michaux Road).

Pay is $13.65 per hour depending on experience; same day pay is available. Duties include greeting and seating residents and guests, serving meals, clearing tables, keeping the dining room clean, delivering trays, and labeling food. Must be at least 16 and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, safety awareness, team player.
• Positive criminal background screening required.
• Drug-free workplace policy applies.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables and sanitize work areas after each meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Same Day Pay

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• ust pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must havepositive Criminal Background Screening.
