Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living - Kinston is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You’ll greet and seat residents, serve food, and help maintain a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Part-time weekend schedule with competitive pay and benefits. Previous food serving experience preferred; must pass background checks and comply with our drug-free workplace policy. Join Allegro Living's Spring Arbor team providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and safety awareness.
• A team-player attitude.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, and dishes according to company protocol.
• Keep the dining room clean - chairs, windows, floors, and work areas wiped down and sanitized after every meal.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
