Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Associate – Assisted Living (PRN) in Colorado Springs, CO. The role is part-time with an hourly rate.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, medication reminders, and providing emotional support, while maintaining dignity and confidentiality. A compassionate, team-focused attitude and basic computer skills are required; a state CNA/CHHA license may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on the state.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (med reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort).
• Follow the resident care schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
