Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales Director / Lead Community Living Advisor (Part-Time) to drive occupancy growth and revenue through proactive sales strategies, partnerships, and exceptional resident onboarding. You will lead the inquiry-to-move-in process, partner with Operations, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a customer-service mindset to enhance residents' lives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred or commensurate experience.
• Sales experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms with documentation and analysis ability.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, professional; able to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with residents, families, providers, and staff.
• Understanding of sales process management, lead nurturing, follow-up, conversion, and CRM systems.
• Customer service focus with a passion for enhancing residents' quality of life.
• Professional appearance and conduct aligned with representing the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue with a healthy pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth resident transition with Operations.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to refine strategies and forecasts.
• Maintain tour-ready environment and accurate sales systems, preserving CRM data integrity.
