Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Assistant to support care communities. The role includes interior and exterior upkeep, painting, basic repairs, and safety compliance under supervision of the Director of Environmental Services.

Typical schedule Sunday–Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a pay range of $21.50–$23.00 per hour. Join a team focused on resident well-being and a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean and repair community interiors and exteriors per work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE policy; ensure hazardous materials are stored correctly.
• Perform daily tasks such as light bulb replacement, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical repairs as needed.
• Address resident and team member needs promptly and professionally.
