Job summary

Clearwater Living Highland Park is seeking a part-time Concierge (PRN) in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on greeting visitors, answering calls, relaying messages, and delivering high-level customer service while supporting multiple departments.

The Concierge will maintain a professional lobby, assist with administrative tasks, and act as a contact during emergencies. Prior hospitality or senior-living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills and a hospitality mindset.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Must meet health requirements including TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Relay messages and perform administrative duties to support multiple departments.
• Monitor reception area and ensure a clean, organized lobby at all times.
• Assist during emergencies as a key contact within the community.
• Maintain lost-and-found and distribute mail.
• Support meal attendance tracking and room service coordination as needed.
