The role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, relaying messages, assisting staff, and performing administrative duties across departments while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front entrance, lobby, and reception and present a professional first impression
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages with a courteous voice
• Monitor visitors and log in/out, reporting suspicious activity
• Assist with mail distribution and residents' special requests
• Maintain meal attendance tracking and coordinate with staff for room service
• Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards
• Represent the Clearwater Living values in daily actions and appearance
