Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Bloomington, MN seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life every day and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and will proudly represent our values while helping guests find what they need.

You’ll educate guests on AE products, introduce loyalty programs, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience is a plus; hours include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to help get the job done.
