American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Albertville, MN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You are the face of the company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and you help build loyalty with every guest. You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, educate guests on products, promote the loyalty program, and represent the brand with integrity while following

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re seeking.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals and operations.
• Uphold brand integrity and adhere to AEO policies in daily work.
